Last Thursday’s Girls’ Night Out in Manchester was another awesome Aussie evening, thanks to all the Angels and their guests who attended.  Held at the super cute tiki bar Hula, the party got underway with the help of our very attentive lifeguard Simon.

If one hottie wasn’t enough, we also had the dizzying delights of our magician Gareth, who not only wowed us with his talents, but even stole a heart or two with his cheeky grin (yes, I did hear a few of the girls asking if he was single, you know who you are!)

We’ve kept you on the edge of your seats long enough, so now it’s finally time to reveal our four fabulous winners, and of course what they have won!

As you know, we had four categories – Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty and Writing, and all Angels were assigned a category depending on the focus of their blog.

Lifestyle – Zoe from www.zoecorkhill.co.uk. We set a particularly hard task for this category, which was to think about where some Aussie thinking would be best applied in life.  Zoe rose to the challenge though, and applied some Aussie thinking to Christmas, and all that it entails.  Click here to see her winning entry..

Zoe has a varied lifestyle and we wanted to reflect that with her prize.  We have put together a gift pack including the Pet’s Eye View Camera for her gorgeous dog Homily, a refresh charging station for her phones, and a ‘Slanket’, for ultimate snuggling on the couch with the hubby! Well done Zoe!

Well, well, well, what a party!  Our Girls’ Night Out last Thursday proved to be a smash hit with the lovely Angels and their guests; thanks so much for coming guys!  Held at the uber cool celeb haunt Mahiki, the evening got underway with a bang as a variety of activities kept all entertained and tasty cocktails flowed liberally throughout the night.

The amazing Alex wowed them with his magical antics, Nic from the fabulous PixiWoo was on hand to glam up eyes and faces, and of course who could forget the scrumptious Matt, our very own hunky Aussie lifeguard who served the drinks and provided the all-important eye candy. There were treasure chests of champagne, canoes of shots, and oodles of girly gossip, with a few Angels even claiming it was the best event they’ve ever been to! Well our competition has come to an end, and my gosh has the standard of entries been high!  The creativity we’ve seen has wowed the socks us off here, and we’re currently going  through all the submissions so we can pick a deserving winner for each category.
