Aussie’s conditioners have a lightweight formula that don’t weigh hair down, and to celebrate this our Angels have been lightening up their lives, just in time for Summer! Over the last few weeks we’ve been helping them to do this by sharing videos on healthy eating, exercise, yoga and de-cluttering, and then on Saturday all this activity culminated in a fun bootcamp day!
We use the term “bootcamp” loosely, as really it was just a good excuse for all the girls to come together for a good old natter and share the Lusciously Light journeys they’ve all experienced so far.

Our fitness and nutrition expert Amanda really did take us through our paces though, with exercises ranging from hula hooping to star jumps to kick-boxing! Luckily an extended lunch break with a lusciously light lunch kept us from getting too worn out though, and then a good dose of yoga meant the day finished with everyone relaxed and feeling zen!

The Angels finished the day with a hot shower and their pick of Aussie products to use, naturally! Hair dryers were on hand too, which meant the Angels breezed out of the gym and into their Saturday night’s feeling good and with hair as lusciously light as ever!

Aussie Lusciously Light Soiree!
Everyone likes candy floss right? Well that’s what we figured when we hosted last Saturday’s Lusciously Light Spring Summer soiree, held in celebration of how lusciously light all Aussie’s conditioners are!
All our Angels from the North to the South were in attendance, and were treated to everything from candy floss making and mini photo shoots to champagne tasting and a lovely salad-style lunch (can you spot the “Lusciously Light” theme??)
Best of all, everyone was treated to a session with our Aussie stylists, who used our luscious-smelling styling products such as our Aussome Volume mousse and our Aussie Hi-Hold Hi-Shine spray to whip hair into this season’s hottest catwalk styles. Hair was fluffy, bouncy and big big big!!
Overall the Aussie soirée was a De-Light-ful day, and everyone got to go home with a bag full of treats including an Aussie conditioner of their choice, scrumptious macaroons, party bubbles and hair accessories.
The aim of the day was to not only celebrate our Lusciously Light conditioners, but it also gave our Aussie Angels a chance to share their Lusciously Light challenge experiences! At the beginning of our campaign, we gave our Angels the choice of lightening up with Aussie, either by “lightening up” their style or their life. We sent out different hair styles (wigs!) for the girls to try, and videos featuring our Aussie fitness expert Elle who shared her tips on healthy living. All Angels then either had their hair cut, coloured and styled or they attended our fun Aussie Bootcamp day, all in the name of lightening up their lives with Aussie!
And so the winners of the Lusciously Light challenge are..? Emma from Computer Girl’s Musings and Zoe from London Lipgloss! They really got into the spirit of things and we can truly say they’ve lightened up with Aussie. Well done girls!
